Hesitation on aceleration

Hey everybody,

I have a 5th gen that hesitates on acceleration, I have a check engine for the knock sensor I think, what could be some causes for the hesitation? Would the knock sensor cause this?

Hey, are you able to scan for codes? Just to get some more details on what's happening?

One thing that comes to mind is the egr valve and ports on the manifold needing to be cleaned. A sign of it is hesitation on acceleration. There was a tsb for it:

But if you have anymore codes that would definitely help pin point the issue.

Yeah I can scan it again, there's a code but I'm not 100% sure what it is, I think it was for the knock sensor.

edit: seeing my previous post said I had a code for the knock sensor, I'm gonna go with "Code for the knock sensor" But I 'll scan it again just for shits and giggles.
