GTA Fall Cruise: Options

Hi Luders,
We have 2 options for the upcoming cruise/meet on Saturday, October 16, 2021. Please read everything thoroughly and vote for the option you like. This would be more of a family event, so you're more than welcome to bring your kids.
Option #1:
Algonquin Park
Time to Park from Toronto: 2.5 hours
Event: 9:00am - 9:00pm
We're heading into Autumn and that means trees are changing colours (a perfect picture opportunity). Algonquin Park not only offers a stunning view of nature, but it also has nice windy roads for a cruise. We would be working with a representative at Parks Canada to get us free entry for the day. Agenda for this option is as follows:
9:00am : Leave from Vaughan, ON and cruise towards Algonquin Park
11:30am : Lunch in Hunstville, ON
1:00pm : Go for a cruise to a desired spot for photography. Cruise around the park. Chill, maybe canoe at one of their lakes (fees will apply)...
1:30 - 4:30pm : Activities of some sort
5:30pm : Head towards Barrie, ON (with a stopover in Huntsville if required for fuel)
7:30pm : Dinner in Barrie, ON
9:00pm : Head back to Toronto
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Option #2:
Collingwood or Orangeville
Time to Collingwood from Toronto: 2 Hours
Event: 9:30am - 6:00pm
This would follow our usual route from Vaughan --> Hwy 9 --> Collingwood. There are somewhat scenic routes along the way as well as twisty/windy roads for some nice cruising. Agenda for this option is as follows:
9:30am : Meet up in Vaughan, ON
10:00am : Cruise towards Collingwood via back roads
12:00pm : Lunch in Collingwood, ON
1:30pm : Head towards Sunset beach - park and chill
1:30 - 4:30pm : Activities of some sort
4:30pm : Head back to Toronto
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Activities:
I'm thinking about having a Pumpkin Carving Contest, regardless of the location. You would have to bring your own pumpkin and utensils to carve. I'll try and bring garbage bags, napkins, etc. If this doesn't work, we can always consider other activities.
