ride very bouncy - like a Buick!
Hello all,
I was running koni shocks and ground control coils - not sure which bump stops I used back in the day.
Last year, I added helper springs to my setup along with the energy suspension bump stops. I did this while getting the corner balancing done.
The ride became very bouncy, tried different stiff/soft setting adjustments on konis, but seems to be bad at every setting.
Any idea what to do? Thanks.

What are your front and rear coil rates again? One way to eliminate this would be to have a higher spring rate in the front compared to the back. In other words if your rear spring rates are 450 ....best to have the front at 500+

makes sense, but this was not a problem before I made these changes (added ES bump stops and helper springs). so it's gotta be something related to that.
maybe ES bump stops are bouncy by nature? maybe they need to be cut?
or could it be something with helper springs, if installed on top, vs bottom. No idea really.
